I won my first fight last night (oct 20). roughly 2 minutes into the first round. I got him in a rear naked choke. Don't worry ladies, anything we do that involves "rear" and "naked" will not involve chokeing. When it comes to sex, I ain't into the rough stuff.

I got my ass kicked. 44 seconds in the first period. On the up side, This guy is going up for a belt next month down in Rochester.
Last fight of the night. We... or more precisely ,HE ,was the closing act. The reason I got to fight was because the guy scheduled to fight him chickened out. So, yes, I got my ass kicked, but I got it kicked by some one who is really good.
Also he got me on some major punches, and my trainer, Tom, said my punch defense was my biggest problem. I guess this just drives it home in a big way. Now I know how much I need to work on it.
My head hurts. That guy could really hit.
Temporary update: For anyone that wants to see me in action: I am signed up for fight night at the Stargate Night Club in Superior, WI on Saturday, Aug 4, 2007 in the light heavyweight division (185 to 205). I will have my wife with, so please be discrete. I hope to see you there!
